I booked this hotel for a 1 night stay, 2 days prior of my arrival I have requested to have a early check-in since my flight arrival to Manila was 4:30am. When I arrived at the hotel, both the working staff and one of the hotel owners (i think their son) did not even welcome me, nor any kind gestures which I have said good morning but no response. He gave me a rude stare and asked his staff that why I was arriving early. Which is none of his business, when I checked in the supervisor in charge of that time asked me for 1,000 pesos deposit (Well I do understand, maybe it's their policy). However, the room was small and old even their cabinet was dirty and door hinges were damaged. Television was placed was very high nearly in the ceiling. Toilet at bath has no amenities even small cockroaches was seen. Also traffic noise outside were disturbing and could wake you up like an alarm clock. Overall, room cleanliness was somewhat okay..kind of if it is your last option. Hence, checking out was a breeze and my cash deposit was returned. Also, one of the bellboy or bell lady was kind to help me to carry my luggage.
It was an experience which I do not want to go back to that hotel but if they change their cons and improve, well maybe it would be considered as an option (kind of).
